I CONTACT AUDI OF CONCORD, CA IN NOVEMBER OF 2018, TO HAVE THE AFTER-RUN COOLANT PUMP REPLACED. THEY PLACED ME ON A WAITLIST, I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM ALMOST A YEAR LATER.
