2024 BMW X4 Visibility

The contact called on behalf of her daughter, who owns a 2024 BMW X4. The contact stated that while attempting to leave a parking lot driving 5 MPH, there was a loud glass shattering sound coming from the sunroof of the vehicle. The contact immediately pulled over and inspected the vehicle and became aware that the sunroof glass had shattered. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the sunroof glass needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
