2020 Cadillac XT4 SUSPENSION,SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC

The contact owns a 2020 Cadillac XT4. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, she heard an abnormal popping sound coming from an unknown location. Additionally, there was a screeching sound coming from the brakes. No warning lights were illuminated.
