DRIVERS SIDE SEATBACK FAILURE ON ACCELERATION FROM STOP NEARLY CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL OF VEHICLE. PARTS THAT FAILED WERE TWO SMALL VERY INADEQUATE BOLTS USED TO ATTACH SEATBACK TO SEAT BASE.
