I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE IN AUGUST, 2014 ON MY CAR. IT IS NOW OCT, AND WHEN I CALL ANYONE, I ONLY GET TOLD THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT YET AVAILABLE. THIS MEANS THAT IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE THE NOTICE, AND GM HAS KNOW FOR OVER A YEAR ABOUT THIS DEFECT. IT DOESN'T SEEM THAT THEY ARE VERY INTERESTED IN GETTING THIS DEFECT CORRECTED. THE PARTS NEEDED FOR THIS ARE NOT DIFFICULT TO MAKE OR INSTALL NOR ARE THEY EXPENSIVE. WHAT IS THE HOLD-UP? DO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE HAVE TO DIE WHILE THEY DAWDLE?
