AIRBAG DID NOT FULLY DEPLOY IN FRONTAL COLLISION DRIVING HIGHWAY SPEED OF 65MPH AND UPON STRIKING A TREE AFTER LOSING CONTROL OVER TIRE ISSUE. I REMEMBER AIRBAG OPENED LIKE A BALLOON AND THEN DEFLATING AS SOON AS IT OPENED UP AND IT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS ROLLED. I REMEMBER WAKING UP TO FIND MYSELF BEING LIFE FLIGHTED TO HOSPITAL. I SUSTAINED SEVERAL INJURIES WHICH I'M BLESSED TO BE ALIVE. I SUFFERED HEAD INJURY WHICH NEEDED STAPLES AND STITCHES, BROKEN RIBS AND STERNUM, HIP DISLOCATION AND SURGERY FOR ACETABULAR FRACTURES OR I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO WALK AGAIN, KNEE INJURY FROM DASHBOARD, BROKEN LEFT ULNA ON LEFT ARM AND ULNAR STYLOID ON RIGHT WRIST. ALL DUE TO AIRBAG NOT FULLY DEPLOYING LIKE ANY OWNER OF A VEHICLE EXPECTS IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

I WAS TAKING THE GRANDKIDS HOME,5MILES WEST OF HWY 24 ON 1025 BADGER TRL.DR.FLORISSANT,CO.80816,TO MY SON AN HIS WIFE AND GOING A LITTLE FAST ON THE DIRT ROAD AN SWERVED TO KEEP FROM HITTING DEER THAT JUMPED IN FRONT OF ME,WELL I OVERSTEERED,DONE A 360 AND ENDED UP ON MY SONS LAND WITH THE TRUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF A BIG TREE,CRAMMED THE FRONT END TO ENGINE BLOCK,BUT NO AIRBAGS DEPLOYED,ALL THAT WERE IN TRUCK WERE HURT,I GOT WHIPLASH,MY GREAT NIECE GOT HER ARM HURT,MY GRANDSON GOT A HURT LEG,AND MY GRANDAUGHTER HURT HER HEAD,I HAD FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE,BUT GEICO SAID THEY WERE NOT PAYING THE X-RAYS AN HAVE BEEN STRANDED ALL SUMMER LONG,NEVER HAD A MORE MISERABLE SUMMER OVER AN ACCIDENT,MISSED A FEW DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS DUE TO NO TRANSPORTATION,NO ATTOURNEYS WOULD TAKE MY CASE,SO I GIVE UP KNOWING THE DEVIL IS RESPONSIBLE GRANDKIDS HOME,LIKE ALWAY`S

THE FRONTAL AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT AND THE PASSENGER WERE INJURED, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE DRIVER WHO REAR ENDED THE CONTACT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL IN AN AMBULANCE AS A PRECAUTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A TOW YARD. I PURCHASED MY 2008 FORD F150 IN 11-26-07. I HAVE HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS FROM THE START.WHEN I TURN ON MY HEAD LITES ALL CONSOLE LITES GO BLANK. IN FEB 2011, I CALLED FOR ABOUT MY 2008 FORD F-150 REGARDING THE AIRBAG LIGHT GOING ON AND OFF AND FORD WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I JUST READ THAT 1.2 MIL F-150'S WERE BEING RECALLED FOR THE SAME ISSUE. THEY SAID MY VIN DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR RECALL. VIN # [XXX]. THE CONTACT COULD NOT RECALL THE DETAILS OF THE CRASH AND HAD LOST CONSCIOUSNESS WHEN CRASHING INTO THE POLE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE POLICE ADVISED THAT THE AIR BAGS SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED UPON IMPACT AT THE SPEED THE CONTACT WAS TRAVELING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED FOR THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 36,000.
I WAS IN A FOUR CAR PILE UP ON INTERSTATE 75, GOING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH WHEN TRAFFIC CAME TO AN ABRUPT AND CRASHED DIRECTLY HEAD ON INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. AFTER THE INITIAL HIT, I WAS REAR ENDED BY A TOW CAR, SLAMMING ME INTO THE CAR WITH EXTREMELY FORCE AGAIN. MY CAR HAD TO BE TOWED BECAUSE THE WHOLE FRONT HAD VERY SEVERE DAMAGE, ALONG WITH THE DAMAGE TO THE REAR. THE SAFETY ISSUE IS THAT MY AIRBAGS NEVER DEPLOYED WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE WITH A HEAD ON COLLISION AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH, AND ALSO THE SECOND HIT TO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME, WHICH HAD JUST AS MUCH FORCE AS THE INITIAL CRASH. *TR
THE FRONT AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY HELLO, I RAN INTO THE BACK OF A 18 WHEELER, INCURRING $9000.00 WORTH OF DAMAGE TO MY 2008 FORD F150 PICKUP TRUCK. I STRUCK THE TRAILER WHEELS AND CRASH BAR. THE BUMPER, GRILL, EVAPORATOR COIL, RADIATOR AND ALL OF THEIR SUPPORTS WERE DESTROYED THE RIGHT HEADLIGHT BRACKETS ARE BROKEN AND THE FRAME IS BENT. ALL OF THE PLASTIC PIECES IN THE FRONT ARE DESTROYED. THE BUMPER WAS PUSHED INTO THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL AND THE HOOD IS FOLDED INTO A 45 DEGREE. THERE IS MORE DAMAGE AND I CAN SEND YOU A COPY OF THE INSURANCE REPAIR ESTIMATE IF NECESSARY. *TR
