CLUTCH WILL SLIP DURING OPERATION WHEN PULLING A BOAT OUT OF THE WATER AND ONTO A TRAILER. ALSO, OVERDRIVE LIGHT ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WILL INTERMITTENTLY ILLUMINATE. DEALERSHIP REPLACED TRANSMISSION AT 30,000 MILES, AND HAS CHANGED COMPUTER CODES SEVERAL TIMES. THESE REPAIRS HAVE FAILED TO EFFECTIVELY REMEDY THE PROBLEM. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / DOCUMENTATION.*AK

GEAR SHIFT SHAFT FAILED WHEN CONSUMER SHIFTED INTO DRIVE, CONSUMER BELIEVES THIS IS POORLY DESIGNED. NLM
SECOND TIME REVERSE HAS GONE OUT. FIRST TIME HAD AROUND 37000 MILES ON IT. *AK
THIS IS THE THIRD TRANSMISSIONS FAILURE CAUSED BY PRE-MATURE TORQUE CONVERTER BUSHING FAILURE, CREATING EXCESSIVE HEAT AND PUMP MELT-DOWN AND TRANSMISSION FAILURE.*AK
SPEEDOMETER HAS GONE BAD/MALFUNCTIONED, CAUSING SPEEDOMETER READING TO BE INACCURATE DUE TO INCORRECT LANGUAGE THAT SPEEDOMETER IS READING, ALSO, DUE TO MALFUNCTIONED SPEEDOMETER, ONE CANNOT DETERMINE THE ACTUAL SPEED TRAVELING. CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED DEALER. *AK
TRANSMISSION WILL GO TO NEUTRAL WHILE BEING DRIVEN. USUALLY OCCURS AFTER 30 OR MORE MINUTES OF DRIVING AND UNDER LIGHT OR CRUISE LOAD. AFTER INCIDENT, IT USUALLY DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN UNTIL NEXT WARM UP CYCLE THE FOLLOWING DAY, WEEK OR MONTH. OCCURRENCES HAVE BEEN EVERY FEW MONTHS FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. MOST RECENT OCCURRENCE WAS SEVERE WITH 3 CYCLES OF JUMPING TO NEUTRAL AND BACK INTO GEAR QUICKLY ONE AFTER THE OTHER FOLLOWING ABOUT 45 MINUTES OF DRIVING. FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DRIVE (ABOUT 20 MINUTES) OPERATION WAS NORMAL. WE ARE NOW CONCERNED TOTAL FAILURE IS IMMINENT. *AK
