THE DEFECTIVE CHECK VALVE WITHIN THE FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY CAUSES A PORTION OF THE UNUSED FUEL FROM ONE TANK TO BE RETURNED TO THE SECOND TANK. WHEN THIS OCCURS, THE CAPACITY OF THE SECOND TANK CAN BE EXCEEDED, CAUSING FUEL SPILL. SPILLED FUEL CAN RESULT IN A FIRE WHEN EXPOSED TO THE SOURCE OF IGNITION. *AK THE CONSUMER CONTACTED THE DEALER WHO INDICATED THAT THE RECALL HAD EXPIRED AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT FIX IT UNDER THE RECALL. *NM

CONSUMER STATES THAT WHEN THEY HAD RECALL DONE, DEALERSHIP FORGOT TO INSTALL A PART STATED IN THE RECALL. WHICH CAUSE RECALL REDEEM TO FAIL. WENT BACK, THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM, BUT LATER ON PROBLEM REACCURED. TS
WHEN FILLING FUEL TANK, ONE TANK WOULD OVERFLOW INTO OTHER TANK AND CAUSE A SPILLAGE FROM THAT TANK. FUEL TANK REPAIRED UNDER RECALL A SECOND TIME AS GOODWILL GESTURE. CURRENTLY, SERVICE MANAGER REFUSING TO DO REPAIRS AGAIN. 2ND OWNER. *AK
THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN LEAKING FUEL FROM FRONT FUEL TANK. HAD TAKEN VEHICLE TO MECHANIC & WAS INFORMED THE TANK HAD RUSTED & NEEDED REPLACING. *AK
TIRE DEBRIS SEVERED THE FILLER NECK REGION OF VEHICLE CAUSING GASOLINE TO SPILL ON ROADWAY AND COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE UNDERCARRIAGE WHICH RESULTED IN FIRE.
DUAL REAR TIRE EXPOLDED AND SEVERED THE RUBBER FUEL FILL LINE TO THE FUEL TANKS AND IMMEDIATELY SET THE TRUCK ON FIRE. TRUCK, TRAILER AND BOAT ALL BURNED.
VEHICLE EXPERIENCING OVERFLOW FROM REAR TANK TO FRONT TANK AND BACK TO REAR TANK, CAUSING SPILLAGE. THIS OCCURS WHENEVER ENGINE IS RUNNING. *AK
