BRAKE FADE. WHEN AT A COMPLETE STOP, PEDAL WILL SINK SLOWLY BUT NOT ENOUGH TO ACTIVE A WARNING LIGHT. IF PEDAL IS NOT PRESSED HARDER VEHICLE WILL ROLL. DEALERSHIP SAYS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST VEHICLE TO DO THIS AND HAS CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER. VEHICLE STILL DOES IT TO THIS DAY. MASTER CYLINDER HAS BEEN REPLACED TWICE, STILL NOT FIXED.*AK
WHILE PULLING A TRAILER LOADED WITH FIRE WOOD, THE BRAKES FAILED AT AN INTERSECTION. THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT NEARLY TO THE FLOOR. THE BRAKES WOULD NOT SLOW ME DOWN. THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS NOT STONG ENOUGH TO STOP ME WHILE LOADED. HAD TO DOWN SHIFT TO STOP. THE BRAKE LINE GOING TO THE REAR AXLE HAD A HOLE IN IT. THE HOLE WAS LOCATED AT ONE ON CLAMPS TO THE FRAME. *AK
BRAKES WOULD RANDOMLY NOT OPERATE PROPERLY. WOULD FAIL TO STOP VEHICLE WHEN APPLIED. BRAKE PEDAL WOULD DROP,BUT NOT TO FLOOR. WOULD GO THROUGH STOP LIGHTS AND INTERSECTIONS. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER , IT WAS TEST DRIVEN. MECHANIC REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER. BUT, PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. *AK
WHEN DRIVING AT ANY SPEED AND APPLY THE BRAKES, BRAKES DRAG. WHEN GOING DOWN A HILL, AND CONSUMER TAKES FOOT OFF OF THE BRAKES, VEHICLE WILL STOP. *AK
FRONT BRAKE ROTORS CRACKED, AND REAR BRAKE DRUMS HAD THE SEAL BROKEN, AND HAD GREASE ON THE PART WHICH MAY HAVE CAUSED EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION AND VIN#. *AK
THE BRAKES FAILED WHILE PULLING A 12,000 POUND FIFTH WHEEL CAMPER. THIS HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING DOWNHILL. THE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOORBOARD AND THE TRUCK WOULD NOT STOP. DRIVER USED THE EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE TO STOP THE TRUCK. THIS WAS DUE TO A FROZEN BRAKE CABLE. THE PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED AT OWNER'S COST. THERE IS A SERVICE BULLETIN ON THIS ISSUE. THE TRUCK WAS SERVICED FOR BRAKES IN MARCH OF 1998, FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. *AK
ABS BRAKES LOCK UP THE REAR TIRES AT 5MPH. VEHICLE PULLS TO THE RIGHT AND HAS A BAD SHUTTER WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED.
WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES THE VEHICLE WILL NOT STOP. DEALER SAYS BRAKES ARE WORKING RIGHT. ALSO CAN FEEL VIBRATION IN PEDAL WHEN ATTEMPTING TO STOP. ALSO REPLACED REAR BRAKE DRUMS. *AK
BRAKES FAIL, ALSO VEHICLE VIBRATES WHEN BRAKES APPLIED.
MASTER CYLINDER FAILED, BRAKE PEDAL GOES TO THE FLOOR WHEN HARD PRESSED. *AK
WHILE PARKED COTTER PIN BROKE IN BRAKE PEDAL ASSEMBLY, CAUSING PEDAL TO GO TO FLOOR. *AK
OWNER STATES THAT HIS ABS BRAKES HAVE BEEN SERVICED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO PERFECTION, WHILE APPLYING BRAKES THE REAR ABS BRAKES GRAB, BUT THERE IS LESS EFFORT COMING FROM THE FRONT BRAKES, OWNER ALSO NOTES THAT HE CAME CLOSE TO HAVING MANY ACCIDENTS . *AK
FRONT RIGHT ANTI-LOCK BRAKES LOCKED UP 3 TIMES. *AK
DURING VEHICLE OPERATION, THE BRAKE PEDAL FADES AND VIBRATION IS EXPERIENCED. THE FRONT ROTORS ARE CRACKING.*AK
ABS, BRAKES FAILURE, WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED THE RIGHT REAR GRABS AND AND LEFT FRONT, CAUSING THE LOCKUP AND LOSS OF CONTROL OF VEHICLE. *AK
THIS IS A DUMP TRUCK AND HAS ABS BRAKES AND THE TRUCK WILL NOT STOP WHEN THE PEDAL IS APPLIED.*AK THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN REPAIRED NUMEROUS TIMES, BUT THE TRUCK DOES NOT HAVE A GOOD PEDAL, NOR DOES IT HAVE BRAKES, DEALER CLAIMS IT CAN NOT BE FIXED BETTER.*JB
EQUIPPED W/ABS BRAKES; REAR BRAKES PERFORM ERRATICALLY, LOCKING UP AND FRONT BRAKES VIBRATE UPON APPILCATION. *AK
