REAR WINDOW MOTORS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND MAKING NOISES RANDOMLY
THE DRIVER SIDE REAR DOOR AND TRUNK CANNOT BE UNLOCKED. THERE IS NO RESPONSE WHEN I TRY TO UNLOCK THE DOORS WITH THE REMOTE. THE DOOR ALSO DOES NOT OPEN WHEN I TRY TO UNLOCK THE DOOR MANUALLY. THIS IS DEFINITELY A LIFE THREATENING SAFETY ISSUE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY ESCAPE BECOMING NECESSARY.
MY BATTERY WENT DEAD AND THE PANEL FOR THE RADIO, GPS AND SIRIUS IS OFF NOW. THE PANEL IS ASKING FOR A CODE NUMBER AND I DON'T KNOW IT. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME OUT? THANK YOU VERY MUCH. IT WAS PARKED AT MY HOME.
FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DOOR LOCK KEEPS LOCKING ITSELF. WHEN DRIVIG OFF SAID DOOR LOCK SOUNDS LIKE THE WIRING IS SHORTING OUT.
THE DOOR LOCK CYCLES CONSTANTLY FROM LOCK TO UNLOCK AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, AFTER PARKING AND LOCKING THE CAR, I FOUND THE TRUNK DOES NOT LOCK.
VEHICLE SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY. HAD IT TOWED FOR SERVICE. THE MAIN COMPUTER TURNED OUT TO BE DEFECTIVE AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. VERY EXPENSIVE. MILEAGE WAS ABOUT 91,000 MILES WHEN THIS OCCURRED. NO COMPUTER WAS IN STOCK SO REPLACED WITH A USED COMPUTER THAT WAS REPROGRAMMED FOR MY VEHICLE.
LOCKS LOCK AND UNLOCK ON THEIR OWN AT RANDOM INTERVALS REGARDLESS OF VEHICLE MOVING OR STATIONARY. LOCKS MAKE HORRIBLE LOUD GRINDING AND CLICKING SOUNDS.
REAR LEFT DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR MALFUNCTION. DOESN'T LOCKS THE DOOR
THE IGNITION DOESN'T WANT TO TURN OVER. ONE WOULD THINK THE BATTERY IS DEAD, BUT IT ISN'T. USUALLY TAKES SEVERAL TRIES. THIS IS WHEN CAR IS STATIONARY. JUST STARTED DOING THIS RECENTLY.
REAR LEFT DOOR KEEPS LOCKING AND UNLOCKING ITSELF WHILE IN MOTION, UNLOCK ITSELF WHEN PARKED.
I PURCHASED A USED 2008 HONDA CRV ON 07/19/2017. ABOUT A WEEK AGO THE REAR DRIVER SIDE DOOR LOCK WAS UNLOCKING BY ITSELF. WHILE DRIVING ON CITY STREETS AND FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 5 TO 20MPH THE DOOR LOCKS WOULD LOCK AND UNLOCK UNTIL YOU GET TO HIGHWAY SPEED. THE REAR DRIVER DOOR WOULD STAY UNLOCKED. I WENT TO A HONDA DEALER TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT AND THEY SAID THE ACTUATOR WAS BAD AND THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR WAS BEGINNING TO FAIL DUE A LOAD NOISE WHEN ACTIVATED. THEY REPLACED BOTH ACTUATORS AT A COST OF $602.25. I HAVE SERVICE RECORDS OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE PAST OWNER AND THE PAST OWNER HAD THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT ACTUATOR REPLACED AND THE REAR ACTUATOR WAS LOOKED AT BUT NOT REPLACED. I READ THE CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AND IT SAYS, "FOR ALL SETTLEMENT CLASS VEHICLES, HONDA WILL PROVIDE A COUNTERMEASURE REPLACEMENT FREE OF CHARGE, IF THAT LOCK DOOR ACTUATOR HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN REPLACED WITH THE COUNTERMEASURE REPLACEMENT PART AS PROVIDED IN THE HONDA CASE 2:13-CV-00381-FSH-JBC DOCUMENT 56-1 FILED 09/24/14 PAGE 14 OF 72 PAGEID: 694 11 COUNTERMEASURE UPDATE. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A COUNTERMEASURE REPLACEMENT, A SETTLEMENT CLASS MEMBER MUST BRING THE SETTLEMENT CLASS VEHICLE TO AN AUTHORIZED HONDA DEALER. OWNERS AND LESSEES OF SETTLEMENT CLASS VEHICLES WILL BE ENTITLED TO A COUNTERMEASURE REPLACEMENT REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY EXCLUDE THEMSELVES FROM THE SETTLEMENT." COUNTERMEASURE MEANS WORKING OR NOT WORKING. THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD THE CRV SERVICE BEFORE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ENDED AND THE ACTUATORS DID NOT GET REPLACED. I CONTACTED HONDA AND THEY ARE WILLING TO GIVE ME A $100.00 VOUCHER TO BE USED AT ANY HONDA DEALERSHIP. IN CONCLUSION I FEEL THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND WHEN THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD THIS CAR SERVICED AT A HONDA DEALER THE POWER LOCK ACTUATORS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHANGED. I AM LOOKING FOR COMPENSATION. I GOT A DRIVER SIDE DOOR LOCK RECALL DONE AT HONDA IN ALLENTOWN PA..SINCE THEN THE PASSENGER LOCKS HAVEN'T WORKED RIGHT..I COULD HEAR THEM LOCKING OR UNLOCKING WHILE DRIVING THE CAR AND NOW THEY DON'T LOCK RIGHT WITH THE KEY (BEEN DOING THAT FOR MONTHS) YESTERDAY I WENT TO OPEN THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR (NO KIDS LOCKS THERE) AND IT WAS LOCKED WHILE ALL OTHERS OPENED WITH THE KEY..STANDING ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE I NOTICED THE LOCK MOVING ON ITS OWN TO LOCK THE CAR...MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS IN THE BACK AND COULD NOT OPEN HER DOOR..AND HONDA TOLD ME THE RECALL ONLY COVERED THE DRIVERS' SIDE..NOW AFTER HAVING THE LOCK PROBLEM ..I'VE HAD A PROBLEM FOR THE LAST MONTH WITH THE CAR STARTING..IT WON'T TURN OVER BUT IF YOU WAIT AND TRY AGAIN IT WILL..THE SERVICE STATION SAID BATTERY WAS BIT LOW..WE PUT IN A NEW ONE..IT DOES NOT TURN OVER AT ALL NOW..THEY TOWED..PUT IN NEW STARTER..SEEMED TO FIX IT..AFTER DRIVING ABOUT 50 MILES..I CAME HOME ..WENT TO USE THE NEXT DAY AND IT WON'T START OR TURN OVER AGAIN..AND PUT IN NEW RELAY..STILL NOTHING ..THEN I NOTICED THE DOOR LOCKING ITSELF ..KEYS OUT OF CAR..NOT IN USE OR BUMPED
THE DIGITAL DASHBOARD HAS GONE HAYWIRE I CANNOT READ HOW MUCH FUEL I HAVE HOW MANY MILES I CAN GO HOW MANY MILES ARE ON THE CAR WHEN MY OIL NEEDS TO BE CHANGED OR THE TEMPERATURE OF THE ENGINE. THIS HAPPENED WHEN I WAS DRIVING AND AT FIRST IT WAS PERIODIC IT WOULD ACT UP THEN IT WOULD RETURN TO THE FULL SCREEN FOR WEEKS MONTHS THEN IT WOULD ACT UP AGAIN AND THE SAME THING KEPT HAPPENING TIME AFTER TIME FINALLY IT HAS GONE COMPLETELY HAYWIRE AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW MY VEHICLE IS RUNNING BECAUSE I CAN'T READ ANY OF THE GAUGES OTHER THAN THE SPEEDOMETER AND THE TACHOMETER THERE WERE NIGHTS WHEN I CAME HOME AND I PARK THE CAR AND THE DASHBOARD WAS COMPLETELY OUT I CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING STARTED IT UP THE DASHBOARD CAME UP FULL LIKE NOTHING WAS WRONG AS SOON AS I STARTED DRIVING IT WENT HAYWIRE AGAIN. I HAVE CALLED AND BEEN IN TOUCH WITH AMERICAN HONDA THEY SAID THAT IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THIS ISSUE I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT IS IT A SAFETY ISSUE IT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE GOING BAD IN A VEHICLE IN RETURN THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY AND I NEED TO REPLACE IT MYSELF THE COST WOULD BE $752 INCLUDING LABOR AND I THINK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE I CANNOT OR MY WIFE CANNOT OPERATE THIS VEHICLE SAFELY AND I BELIEVE IT'S HONDA'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE A RECALL TO GET THIS ISSUE FIXED
REAR DRIVERS SIDE DOOR NO LONGER LOCKS. THE DOOR DOES NOT MAINTAIN THE 'LOCKED' POSITION. I CALLED MY LOCAL HONDA DEALER AND WAS INFORMED THAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE 'DOOR ACTUATOR' AT A COST OF $350.00. I CAN NO LONGER LOCK MY CR-V UP.
ELECTRIC DOOR LOCK SYSTEM RECALL: OUR 2008 HONDA CRV LITERALLY LOCKED US OUT. WE WERE YARD SALING IN A NEARBY NEIGHBORHOOD. WE PARKED ON THE STREET, AND LOCKED THE VEHICLE. UPON RETURNING TO THE VEHICLE, IT WOULD NOT UNLOCK WITH THE FOB. I TRIED IT SEVERAL TIMES WITH FAINT CLICKING SOUNDS. THE KEY ALSO FAILED TO UNLOCK THE DRIVERS DOOR. OUR CELL PHONE AND KEYS TO THE HOUSE WERE IN THE LOCKED VEHICLE . IT WAS A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND WE WERE LOCKED OUT OF OUR VEHICLE AND STRANDED. WE WERE FORTUNATE IN THAT OUR NEIGHBOR AND A FRIEND WERE YARD SALING IN THE SAME AREA AND GAVE US A RIDE HOME AND WE WERE ABLE TO GAIN ENTRANCE TO OUR HOUSE VIA AN OPEN WINDOW. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THE MECHANIC(NOT THE DEALERSHIP!!) THE MECHANIC FIXED ONE FAILED DOOR ACTUATOR AND THE OTHER DOOR ACTUATORS WERE ALSO PROBABLY INVOLVED{??). HE SUGGESTED GOING TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. THE DIAGNOSTIC REVEALED A TOTAL OF THREE ACTUATORS GONE BAD!!! THE DEALERSHIP WOULD BE GLAD TO "FIX" THE PROBLEM FOR $350 PER ACTUATOR --- $270 FOR PARTS AND $780 FOR LABOR.. IT TURNS OUT THE PARTS ARE PREDOMINANTLY PLASTIC AND APPEAR MADE NOT TO LAST. THE PICTURE COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT DIFFERENT. THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE USING THE SAME VEHICLE 45 TO 60 MINUTES FROM HOME AND NO NEARBY CONTACTS. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN STILL STRANDED AND EVEN MORE STRESSED!!! WE BOUGHT OUR HONDA CRV BECAUSE HONDA SUPPOSEDLY HAD A BETTER THAN AVERAGE SERVICE RECORD , QUALITY OF PARTS, AND SAFETY RECORD.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CR-V. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, ALL OF THE AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCKS ON THE VEHICLE MALFUNCTIONED. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO OPEN THE DOORS WITH A REMOTE KEY, BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND WHEN PROMPTED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO ENTER THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE DRIVER'S DOOR BY USING THE MANUAL KEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOORS LOCKED AND UNLOCKED REPEATEDLY ON THEIR OWN WHILE MAKING A LOUD "MACHINE GUN-LIKE" NOISE. IN ADDITION,THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH MALFUNCTIONED BY MAKING A LOUD SCRATCHING NOISE WHEN PROMPTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL OR EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 117,398.
ISSUE WITH DOOR LOCKS, HONDA REPLACED ONE DOOR LOCK IN AUGUST 2017, WE HAD ISSUE WITH PASSENGER DOOR LOCK NOT LOCKING, AFTER HONDA REPLACED THE DRIVERS DOOR LOCK, NOW THE PASSENGERS DOOR WILL STAY LOCKED EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE REMOVED THE KEY, THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE IF IN A PANIC YOU COULD NOT EXIT THE CAR FROM THE PASSENGERS SIDE. I WAS TOLD BY MY LOCAL HONDA DEALER THAT THIS WAS A EXPIRED WARRANTY ISSUE AND THAT HONDA WOULD NOT FIX IT WITHOUT CHARGING FOR IT, THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE, THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL ISSUE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT OR WORST!
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A CLICKING NOISE NEAR THE DRIVER'S SIDE, FRONT PASSENGER SIDE, AND THE REAR DOORS. THE DEALER (GREENWICH HONDA, 289 MASON ST, GREENWICH, CT 06830, (203) 622-0600) WAS NOTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES AND INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NEED TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
HEADLAMPS BLOW OUT WITH FRIGHTENING REGULARITY; THEY LAST NO MORE THAN 3-6 MONTHS. THIS IS NOT DUE TO CONTAMINATION ON THE GLASS, AS THE BLOWOUT DOES NOT OCCUR THERE. IT MAY BE A HIGH VOLTAGE PROBLEM, AS THE HEADLAMP SOCKET HAS PARTIALLY MELTED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AS A RESULT OF A BLOWOUT. BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDES HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH HEAVY DUTY/HIGH TEMP SOCKETS, AND YET LAMPS CONTINUE TO BLOW AND HAVE MELTED THOSE. THE BLOWOUTS HAVE OCCURRED BOTH WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY (STARTING) AND WHILE IN MOTION. IF BOTH HEADLAMPS GO OUT BEFORE YOU CAN REPLACE THE BLOWN OUT ONE, THEN IT BECOMES A POTENTIAL CAUSE OF A NIGHT-TIME COLLISION. IF IT WAS ONLY AN ISSUE WITH HEADLIGHTS GOING OUT, THAT WOULD BE AN EXPENSE WORTH MANAGING FOR AN OTHERWISE SOLID CAR. BUT THE MELTING OF THE SOCKET AND POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL SHORTS AND ARCING IS TROUBLING AS IT MAY LEAD TO FIRE. MANY CR-V OWNERS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT AND REPORTED THIS VERY ISSUE. NHTSA NEEDS TO FORCE HONDA TO INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVE THIS VERY, VERY COMMON PROBLEM.
DOOR ACTUATOR RECALL. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY DRIVER SIDE DOOR AND IT WAS REPLACED IN MARCH 2015, I HAD TO HAVE THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR ACTUATOR REPLACED IN OCTOBER 2015, NOW THE BACK DOORS AND READ DOOR WILL NOT OPEN AND THE ACTUATOR IS THE PROBLEM. HONDA HAS STATED THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE SINCE THE RECALL HAS ENDED. THE DEALERSHIP WILL REPAIR BUT I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL WHICH IS SIGNIFICANT. I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN DUPED BY HONDA. IF THEY HAVE A RECALL ON A PART THEN ALL DEFECTIVE PARTS FROM THAT SUPPLIER SHOULD BE REPLACED. THIS IS THE SAME WITH THE AIR BAGS. I JUST GOT THE DRIVER SIDE REPLACED AND NOW THEY TOLD E I NEED THE PASSENGER SIDE REPLACED. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. IT IS AN UNFAIR PRACTICE AND THEY SHOULD REPLACE ALL DEFECTIVE PARTS AT ONE TIME ON A RECALL INSTEAD PIECING IT OUT UNTIL THEIR TIME FRAME ENDS.
IN 2008 HONDA CR-V, I HAVE NOTICED SINCE JULY 2016, THAT PASSENGER DOOR LOCKS (FRONT AND REAR) AUTOMATICALLY UNLOCK WHEN VEHICLE IS IN MOTION. ALSO, WHEN VEHICLE IS PARKED, THE DRIVER IS UNABLE TO LOCK THE VEHICLE USING KEY AND NO MANUAL LOCK OPTION IS AVAILABLE. DISCUSSED THIS PROBLE M WITH HONDA DEALER A FEW TIMES AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THERE IS NO RECALL FOR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR PROBLEM. I HAD RECEIVED A LETTER FROM AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR CO., INC. IN BEGINNING OF 2015, AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HONDA DEALER AND AT THAT TIME ONLY DRIVER SIDE DOOR LOCK WAS COVERED (NOT OTHER THREE DOOR LOCKS). DEALER IS STATING THAT I MUST PAY FOR DIAGONISIS AND REPAIRS. ITEM 3 OF LETTER I RECEIVED FROM HONDA IN 2015 DID NOT SPECIFICALLY STATES: "IF A DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR ON YOUR CR-V MALFUNCTIONS, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR REPAIRS UNDER AN EXTENDED WARRENTY WITHOUT CHARGE AT AN AUTHORIZED HONDA DEALER..." THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN SINCE MY ABILITY TO LOCK THE CAR AT ALL TIMES (WHEN REQUIRED) IS COMPROMISED DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING PARTS INSTALLED IN 2008 HONDA CR-V.
THE PASSENGER DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR IS MALFUNCTIONING. THE DOOR MAKES A LOUD SOUND AS IT CYCLES BETWEEN LOCK AND UNLOCK, EVERY TIME THE DOORS ARE LOCKED OR UNLOCKED. SOMETIMES IT WILL NOT LOCK. SOMETIMES IT WILL LOCK. SOMETIMES IT IS HARD TO UNLOCK. IT MAKES AWFUL NOISES EVERY TIME I LOCK THE DOORS. THE DRIVER'S DOOR WAS DOING THE SAME. HONDA CORRECTED THE PROBLEM IN THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR RECENTLY FOR FREE WHILE THE DRIVER'S SIDE TAKATA AIRBAG INFLATOR WAS REPLACED. HOWEVER, HONDA REFUSES TO COVER THE COST OF THE MALFUNCTIONING PASSENGER SIDE LOCK ACTUATOR WHICH ALSO PRESENTS A HAZARD IF ALL LOCKS DO NOT UNLOCK EASILY DURING AN EMERGENCY. HONDA ISSUED A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN IN 2015 EXTENDING THE WARRANTY TO COVER THESE. BUT, THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE PASSENGER LOCKS AT THE TIME SO NO REPAIRS WAS NEEDED. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE FOR THE HONDA CR-V. IF THEY COVER REPLACEMENT FOR ONE, THEY SHOULD COVER REPLACEMENT FOR THE OTHER FOR SAFETY.
I TOOK VEHICLE IN FOR SAFETY RECALL LAST YEAR ON DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR. DEALER TOLD ME MY VEHICLE WAS NOT AFFECTED SO NOTHING WAS DONE. RECALL ENDED NOV 7 2015 AND NOW I AM HAVING SERIOUS ISSUES WITH DOOR LOCKS. DOORS LOCK IMMEDIATELY AFTER UNLOCKING WHETHER USING KEY FOB, DOOR LOCK ON DOOR, OR WHEN THE DOORS SELF UNLOCK WHEN THE CAR IS STOPPED AND PUT IN PARK. THE DOOR UNLOCKS AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO BUT IMMEDIATELY RELOCKS ALL DOORS. PASSENGER UNLOCKS THEIR DOOR AND IF THEY DON'T CATCH THE LATCH TO OPEN THE DOOR QUICKLY, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RELOCK. I CAN'T TAKE MY CAR TO THE CARWASH IN FEAR THAT SOMEONE WILL LOCK MY KEYS INSIDE. KEYS IN IGNITION, ENGINE ON AND I GET OUT TO CLOSE MY GATE, THE DOORS RELOCK. IF I DIDN'T HEAR IT LOCK AND SHUT MY DOOR, MY CAR WOULD BE RUNNING IN PARK WITH DOORS LOCKED. THINK IF I HAD MY GRAND CHILDREN INSIDE WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING AND I CAN'T GET INSIDE. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. THIS STARTED HAPPENING REGULARLY AROUND JANUARY 2016 PAST THE RECALL. TO FIX THIS MYSELF WILL COST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ODOMETER AND FUEL GAUGE READINGS FLUCTUATED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS IN OPERATION. IN ADDITION, THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE WAS INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 217,000.
RECALL CAME OUT FOR THE DRIVER'S DOOR LOCK BECAUSE THE DOOR WILL NOT LOCK OR CYCLES UP AND DOWN WHEN TRYING TO LOCK THE DOOR. IT WAS REPLACED BUT THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM HAPPENED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR LOCK. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD AS THE PASSENGER DOOR COULD NOT BE OPENED. WAS CHARGED FOR REPLACEMENT AND HONDA SERVICE STATED THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR LOCK DID NOT HAVE A RECALL DESPITE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS STATED IN THE RECALL.
