2013 Hyundai Accent Brakes

The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Accent. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V651000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was not contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

No brake fluid reaching front brake calipers. Technician said it was due to a faulty ABS. Dealership won’t further diagnose and see if it is related to NHTSA Recall Number 23V651000. Front brakes would lock up when moderate pressure applied to brakes.

UNKNOWN. I am simply verifying that I have received the notification on recall #23V-631, and I have contacted Boise Bronco Motors on Fairview and spoke with the owner, Grant Peterson. He asked me to send him photo copies of the notice via his personal cell, which I did. It is in there system.

This car was purchased from Nissan and was guaranteed to be safe and dependable. This was sold to me for over $15,000.00, trade in is maybe $3,000 but probably nothing now because of this recall and I am still paying on this loan. I live in a huge fire zone, in the mountains near Yosemite National Park, California. I feel my vehicle is not safe and I have been sold a faulty vehicle.

It has been 90 days and Hyundai has no solution to a defect that can turn my car into a fiery inferno. They have no real concerns to fix the issue , and have left thousands of customers at risk of death .

Whenever I come to a sudden stop the brake pedal scrubs the ground like it’s about to be snatched out the floor of the car and when it rains it’s even worse trying to come to a sudden stop.

I OWN A 2013 HYUNDAI ACCENT, THE ROTORS ON THE VEHICLE AND BRAKES ARE GIVING ME DIFFICULTIES, THE VEHICLE MAKES A LOAD NOISE WHILE DRIVING WHICH IS VERY ANNOYING, MY SPARE TIRE WAS TAKEN FROM THE VEHICLE. I THOUGHT I HAD A WARRANTY ON THE VEHICLE, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS WARRANTY COVERS THE VEHICLE. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT I PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE WITH ISSUES LIKE THIS I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE AT THIS TIME, I HAD OTHER VEHICLES AND NEVER HAD A ISSUE LIKE THIS.
