2020 Hyundai Ioniq Electrical System

The contact owns a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq. The contact stated that while driving at undisclosed speeds, the vehicle stalled. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact was able to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the battery had overheated. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, while driving at undisclosed speeds, the vehicle stalled. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer; however, no cause for the failure was found. The contact stated that on the way home, there was an abnormal ticking sound was coming from the vehicle. The contact stated that the electrical system on the vehicle had failed, and the doors and the trunk failed to open. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the contact was unsure if the vehicle was repaired. The vehicle remained at the dealer and had not been driven since the failure.
