Since buying this vehicle on [XXX] my horn has become completely inoperative a total of three times. I live in Georgia and a working horn is required per GA Code ยง 40-8-70 (2024) "Every motor vehicle when operated upon a highway shall be equipped with a horn in good working order and capable of emitting sound audible under normal conditions from a distance of not less than 200 feet..". This is not a unique problem to only my vehicle. If you go through your records I am sure you find well over a thousand such instances with Hyundai vehicles. Not having a working horn is not only illegal in Georgia put it increases the risk of getting involved in a motor vehicle accident.
