Video taken showing current software version while parked and camera failure for proof and uploaded to manufacture social media account in direct message. Additionally, local FMCO dealership was called to ask if can bring in for troubleshooting while error was occurring before closing. Dealership stated to make service appointment that was approximately 9 business days later. Camera has been operational since recorded incident but vehicle not taken for servicing due to unavailable loaner vehicle.
