The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the wiring harness, fuse box, and two modules had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The contact discovered that the VIN was associated with NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V720000 (Engine and Engine Cooling) and 25V552000 (Back Over Prevention) while searching online. However, parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The vehicle was towed back to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the cooling fan module and fuse had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and placed the contact on a waiting list for parts to become available. The approximate failure mileage was 137,000.
