THE CONTACT CALLED ELK GROVE SUBARU (8581 LAGUNA GROVE DR, ELK GROVE, CA 95757, (888) 904-6612) AND IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE REPAIR THAT WAS PERFORMED WAS ADEQUATE AND THAT THE WINDSHIELD DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT UNDER RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 800.
