THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND WOULD NOT BE REPAIRED TWICE UNDER THE RECALL. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED TO HAVE THE FRAME REPAIRED. *JS
