The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 MPH, while attempting to depress the brake pedal, the brake pedal was very difficult to depress, requiring more than normal force to depress the brake pedal. The contact stated that the brakes then started functioning normally. The contact stated that the failure reoccurred; however, after turning off and restarting the vehicle, the brakes failed to return to normal function.
