2017 Chevrolet Impala Power Train

The Transmission failed, yes it is available for inspection upon request The car was jerking extremely hard from 1st to second gear. Doing damage to my back. I HAVE 164,000 ON THE VEHICLE AND ACCORDING TO VEHICLEREPORTS.COM THE LIFETIME EXPECTANCY OF THESE TYPES OF VEHICLES ARE ONLY 160,000. THE TORQUE CONVERTER INSIDE ON THE TRANSMISSION ARE KNOWN FOR FAILING AND COSTING MANY CUSTOMERS SUCH AS MYSELF TONS IN REPAIR COSTS. THERE ARE MANY CONSUMER COMPLAINTS ONLINE OF THE BAD SHIFTING IN 1ST AND 2ND GEAR ON THESE VEHICLES. THE TRANSMISSION JERKED SO BAD REPEATEDLY UNTIL IT CAUSED HEADACHES.
