The contact stated while her husband was driving 65-70 MPH with her and her 21-month-old son in the rear seats, she heard abnormal exploding sounds and noticed that the sunroof glass panel had exploded into several pieces. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V575000 (VISIBILITY) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT CALLED JARRETT FORD OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY (3156 TAMIAMI TRAIL, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952) WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
