RESTARTED ENGINE, STILL BRAKE PEDAL LOCKED UP SEVERAL TIMES WITHIN LESS THAN A MILE. DEALER CLAIMS TIRE SIZE IS INCORRECT WHICH CAUSED ABS TO MISREAD CODE. CHANGED TIRE/RIMS, STILL HAVING PROBLEM. CONSUMER SAYS VEHICLE CAME WITH TIRES STRAIGHT FROM FACTORY. *AK
