IN JULY 2015 I RECEIVED A NOTICE OF THE TAKATA RECALL ON MY 2005 FORD MUSTANG GT. I CALLED THE LOCAL DEALER IN NOVEMBER 2015 AND HE SAID THAT THE REPLACEMENT AIR BAGS WERE STILL NOT AVAILABLE. THIS HAS BEEN ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND STILL NO REPLACEMENTS.WHAT IS THE FEDERAL GOV. DOING TO SPEED THIS UP.

THIS RECALL INVOLVES UNSAFE AIR BAGS. I BELEIVE THAT 5 MONTHS IS WAY TOO LONG TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR PARTS TO FIX A DANGEROUS AND LIFE THREATENING DEFECT. PLEASE ASSIST.
