2018 Ford Mustang Latches/Locks

The contact also stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, she observed wind coming from the passenger’s side door with the door alarm chime being audible. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 27,000.

Passenger door becomes unlatched and the door open light comes on at high way speeds. I have to stop, open the door and slam it shut. It happens repeatedly.
