WHILE DRIVING 25 TO 35 MPH VEHICLE HIT A TELEPHONE POLE HEAD-ON, AND AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. VEHICLE HAD A FRONTAL IMPACT.*AK
STRUCK THE SIDE OF A CAR THAT TURNED BLIND IN FRONT OF ME AT 50 MPH TOTALLING BOTH VEHICLES. HAD MY HANDS ON STEERING WHEEL AT 10 AND 2 OCLOCK. BENT STEERING COLUMN FORWARD SLIGHTLY FROM IMPACT. AIR BAGS DID NOT GO OFF!! HAD SEATBELT STRAP SORENESS FOLLOWING. POLICE AND FIRE RESCUE PERSONNEL WERE SURPRISED THAT AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. REPORTED TO MORRIES MANAGER - TOLD THEY WOULD CONTACT ME - THEY NEVER DID. ALSO REPORTED TO INSURANCE REP.*AK
VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL COLLISION AT 40 MPH. UPON IMPACT, AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY, RESULTING IN MINOR INJURIES. DEALER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. *AK
WAS TRAVELING 35MPH WHEN ANOTHER VEHICLE "T" BONED RANGER, THIS CAUSED RANGER TO HIT A CEMENT PLANTER AND GAS PUMP, VEHICLE WAS TOTALED, AND AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY, CAUSING 2 PEOPLE TO SUSTAIN INJURIES. *AK *SLC

HAD A FRONT END COLLISION, AND THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY- CONSUMER SUSTAINED SOME MINOR INJURIES. FORD WILL TEST AIRBAG SYSTEM AFTER REPAIR IS DONE. AS OF NOW THEY SAY THE VEHICLE WAS NOT HIT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE SENSOR WOULD SET OFF. *AK

HAVING HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT THE SAFETY OF AIRBAGS I WAS VERY SURPRISED NOT TO HAVE EITHER OF THE AIRBAGS IN MY TRUCK DEPLOY WHEN I WAS INVOLVED IN THE TRAFFIC ACCIDENT ON 6/21/00. I WAS TRAVELING BETWEEN 40 AND 45 MPH WHEN SOMEONE PULLED OUT, FROM A STOP SIGN, DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS UNABLE TO REACT, IT HAPPENED SO QUICKLY. THE OTHER DRIVER WAS SITED BY A POLICE THAT WITNESSED THE ACCIDENT. *AK
WHILE DRIVING ON A TWO LANE RURAL ROUTE, TRAVELING 10MPH A DER RAN OUT IN FRONT, VEHICLE SWERVED TO AVOID HITTING THE DEER, AND HIT A TREE INSTEAD. UPON IMPACT, NEITHER AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. CONTACTED DEALER. *AK
