My light start turn on and off in some times and this start happens 3 days ago
The passenger airbag light stays on after the car is started and in motion. Regardless if there is a passenger seated or not. The car was taken in to the dealership during the recalls on takata airbag replacement. The passenger airbag light was off and now the light been staying on. I am extremely concern if my family or someone else gets into an accident, the airbag won’t deploy or may randomly deploy on its own.
I was in an accident in which the vehicle was totaled. I slammed into another car. My face slammed into the steering wheel, my airbags did not deploy.
S10 DIRECT REPLY - LETTER EXPRESSING CONCERNS WITH TAKATA AIRBAGS NOT DEPLOYING IN 2015 CRASH. *LD THE CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH AND WAS PERMANENTLY DISABLED. THE CONSUMER WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE LANGUAGE WRITTEN IN THE INDICTMENT AND PLEA AGREEMENT, STATING IT WAS MISLEADING. THE TRUST FUND DID NOT INCLUDE AIR BAGS THAT FAILED TO DEPLOY, ONLY THOSE THAT EXPLODED. *JS
"TAKATA RECALL" WHEN I CRANK THE CAR WITH NO PASSENGER THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG LIGHT IS ON FOR A SECOND AND THEN GOES OFF SAYING THERE IS SOMEONE IN THE SEAT WHEN THERE IS NO ONE THERE. I CHECKED MY VIN FOR RECALLS AND IT SAYS THERE IS NONE BUT I PUT A BLUE DRIVER TESTER ON IT AND IT SAYS THE RECALL IS STILL THERE.
HAD TO WAIT 3 MONTHS FOR REPAIR WITH NO RENTAL CAR AVAILABLE SO HAD TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE KNOWING THAT IF I HAD AN ACCIDENT I WAS IN DANGER.
AMERICAN HONDA DID NOT ACCEPT THE REPAIR BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS LEGALLY EXPORTED TO SPAIN WHEN I MOVED TO THIS COUNTRY.

TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AIR BAG WARNING INDICATOR KEPT ILLUMINATING ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CR-V. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG SENSOR INDICATOR ILLUMINATED OFF AND ON WHILE THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT WAS OCCUPIED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GREENWICH HONDA IN GREENWICH, CT WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE INDICATOR EVENTUALLY REMAINED IN THE OFF POSITION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 190,000.
TAKATA RECALL - WE HAVE RECEIVED INITIAL NOTIFICATIONS OF REPLACEMENT OF THE AIR BAGS THAT ARE DEFAULTING. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF PARTS BEING AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT. AS WE CONTINUE TO HEAR OF MORE RECALLS HAPPENING, WHAT IS BEING DONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.

WELL I HAD THE DRIVER SIDE REPAIRED AND THEN LAST YEAR I BELIEVE I HAD THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG REPLACED ALSO, BUT THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG SYMBOL IS SHOWING UP AGAIN ON MY CAR WHAT CAN I DO CAUSE THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR A DIAGNOSIS BUT IT IS SHOWING THE SYMBOL OF THE AIRBAG AS IT DID BEFORE SO THE AIRBAG SYMBOL COMES ON AND OFF SOMETIMES IT STAYS ON THE WHOLE DAY AND THEN THE NEXT DAY IT DOES NOTHING SO ITS BEING GOING ON AND OFF OCCASIONALLY

TAKATA RECALL--THE MANUFACTURER IS TAKING WAY TOO LONG TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM. THEY STILL ARE NOT OFFERING A REPAIR. THIS IN UNACCEPTABLE IF I OR ANYONE ELSE IN MY CAR ARE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED. IT WILL BE A YEAR IN FEBRUARY WHEN THE FIRST RECALL NOTICE WAS ISSUED.

TAKATA RECALL AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VEHICLE RENTAL I REQUIRED FOR THE 76 DAYS MY CAR WAS NOT DRIVABLE. AHMC INITIALLY STATED THEY WOULD REIMBURSE THE $35/DAY RENTAL CHARGE. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO PAY THE $2660.00 RENTAL FEE THAT I INCURRED. MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS TO AHMC HAVE BEEN IGNORED. I ASK NHTSA TO HOLD HONDA ACCOUNTABLE.
