The contact stated that the company owns a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated that the fuel gauge displayed a full tank, then suddenly displayed that the fuel was empty, improperly displaying the fuel level. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who determined that the fuel level sensor was high causing the fuel pump to fail. The contact was informed that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 130,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FUEL GAUGE DISPLAYED THE INCORRECT FUEL LEVEL. IN ADDITION, THE FUEL WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED OF AN UNKNOWN RECALL RELATED TO THE FAILURE; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO MODERN NISSAN OF WINSTON-SALEM (5795 UNIVERSITY PKWY, WINSTON-SALEM, NC 27105, (336) 767-8260) AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 10V075000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
THE MOLDED FUEL TANK SHELL DEFORMED, CAUSING THE FUEL SENDER FLOAT ARM TO CONTACT AN EMBOSSMENT MOLDED INTO THE TANK SHELL CAUSING THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FUEL GAUGE TO MALFUNCTION. THERE WAS A RECALL FROM NISSAN FOR THIS EXACT ISSUE BUT NISSAN SAID THAT MY VIN DID NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS SAFETY RECALL EVEN THOUGH THE SAME ISSUE HAS HAPPENED TO MY PATHFINDER. *TR

MY VEHICLE, AS I HAD THOUGHT, HAD 1/4 TANK OF GAS WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE FUEL GAUGE SHOWED NO GAS WHATSOEVER AND MY GAS LIGHT TURNED ON. WHILE DRIVING ANOTHER 20 MILES TO MY NEAREST GAS STATION, MY VEHICLE STARTED TO SLOWLY DE-ACCELERATE. I HAD TO PULL OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND MY CAR NO LONGER HAD SPEED AND I REALIZED IT WAS BECAUSE I HAD NO GAS WHEN I THOUGHT I DID. I WAS ABLE TO PUT GAS ON MY CAR AND SURE ENOUGH IT STARTED RUNNING AGAIN BUT BEING THAT I ONLY PUT ABOUT 10 GALLONS OF GAS, MY GAS LIGHT STILL STAYED ON AND MY NOZZLE STILL SHOWED BELOW THE EMPTY LINE. I WAS WORRIED EVERY DAY THAT I WOULD RUN OUT AND SURE ENOUGH THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED TWO MORE TIMES. BEFORE THAT THOUGH, I VIEWED TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY RECALLS REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND SURE ENOUGH THERE WAS ONE. I DECIDED TO CALL MY LOCAL NISSAN AND AFTER PROVIDING MY VIN #, I WAS TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE DID NOT FALL UNDER THE SPECIFIED ISSUE. IF I WANTED TO FIX IT, IT WOULD COST ME AROUND $450 DOLLARS, WHICH I DID NOT HAVE. I WAS TOLD I CAN PAY A $100 DIAGNOSTIC FEE TO SEE IF MY FUEL SENSOR WAS MESSED UP AND IF IT WAS THEY WOULD SEND NOTICE TO NISSAN HEADQUARTERS TO SEE IF THEY WILL COVER MY ISSUE. I HAVE TO FORK OVER $100 FOR THEM TO VIEW MY CAR AND ITS NO GUARANTEE THAT CORP WILL APPROVE FOR NISSAN TO FIX ISSUE. IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I CAN DO OR HAS ANYBODY HAD SAME ISSUE AS ME? *TR
I WAS DRIVING TO WORK ON A 30 DEGREE MORNING AFTER JUST DROPPING MY SON (DIAGNOSED WITH SICKLE CELL DISEASE) TO SCHOOL. HAD THIS BEEN PRIOR TO DROPPING HIM TO SCHOOL HE WOULD HAVE BEEN SITTING IN THE FREEZING VEHICLE FOR 30MINS UNTIL MY HUSBAND WAS ABLE TO GET TO US AND THIS COULD HAVE AGGRAVATED HIS CONDITION. I WAS PRESSING ON THE GAS PEDAL BUT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE AND I AM SHOWING A QUARTER TANK OF GAS LEFT IN THE VEHICLE SO DID NOT THINK THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. I WAS ABLE TO PULL TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AS THE VEHICLE STALLED. I THEN CONTACTED MY HUSBANDS AT WORK AND HE HAD TO LEAVE TO COME CHECK ON THE VEHICLE AND DETERMINED IT MAY NEED GAS BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKED OK AND WE HAD JUST COMPLETED A SERVICE WITH NO MENTION OF ANY ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE. HE DROVE ME TO THE GAS STATION IN HIS VEHICLE WHERE WE PURCHASED SOME GAS CAME BACK POURED IT IN THE VEHICLE AND IT STARTED UP AND WAS FINE. I DIDN'T THINK MUCH OF IT UNTIL IT HAPPENED AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC (AM). I THEN DECIDED TO CHECK FOR ANY RECALLS AND FOUND THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE SAME ISSUE 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:AUXILIARY TANK NHTSA CAMPAIGN #10V075000 WE THEN ADDRESSED THIS WITH NISSAN AND THEY ADVISED THAT ALTHOUGH IT IS THE SAME EXACT ISSUE, MY VIN NUMBER WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL SO CORRECTING THIS ISSUE IS AT MY EXPENSE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE AT MY EXPENSE ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE IS A KNOWN IDENTICAL ISSUE WITH THE PART. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL GAGE WAS NOT READING PROPERLY AND WOULD INTERMITTENTLY DISPLAY THAT THERE WAS ONE-QUARTER OF FUEL WHEN THE FUEL TANK WAS ACTUALLY EMPTY. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAD ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY WHEN THE FUEL WAS LOW OR SHOWING A QUARTER TANK OF FUEL. THE VEHICLE ALSO STALLED MULTIPLE TIMES DUE TO AN INCORRECT READING OF THE FUEL GAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 10V075000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.
WHEN I FILL UP MY GASOLINE TANK THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FUEL GAUGE SHOWS THAT I DO NOT HAVE ANY GASOLINE; THIS CAUSES THE FUEL WARNING LIGHT TO REMAIN ON. I HAVE COMPLETELY FILLED UP MY TANK A NUMBER OF TIMES AND THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR ABOUT FOUR MONTHS. I BELIEVE THERE IS PROBLEM WITH THE FUEL SENDER FLOAT ARM BECAUSE THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FUEL GAUGE SHOWS INACCURATE LEVELS OF FUEL. I AM AFRAID THAT I MAY RUN OUT OF GAS AND NOT BE IN THE AREA OF A GAS STATION. THIS IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE I NEED TO KNOW AT ALL TIMES WHAT MY FUEL LEVELS ARE. I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE LONG DISTANCES. I HAVE NO WAY OF DETERMINING HOW LOW MY FUEL REALLY IS OR HOW MUCH IS IN THE GAS TANK. A DIAGNOSTIC TEST REVEALED A CODE THAT FOUND THE VEHICLE HAD A BAD FUEL SENDING UNIT. THE CONSUMER REFERENCED RECALL # 10V075000. HOWEVER, HE WAS INFORMED THE RECALL DID NOT APPLY TO HIS VEHICLE, BECAUSE IT WAS OUTSIDE OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. UPDATED 05/27/15. *JB

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL LEVEL GAUGE WOULD PROVIDE INACCURATE READINGS AND WOULD OFTEN FLUCTUATE BETWEEN READINGS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE FUEL LEVEL SENDING UNIT WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. WE HAVE HAD 3 SEPARATE INCIDENTS WHERE OUR FUEL GAUGE WAS READING 1/4 OF A TANK AND IT WAS ACTUALLY EMPTY. MY WIFE WAS STRANDED WITH MY YOUNG CHILDREN FOR AN HOUR BEFORE SHE WAS ABLE TO GET GAS. I CONTACTED NISSAN AND ADVISED THEM OF THE INCIDENT AND THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR A FUEL TANK PROBLEM. THEY THEN ADVISED ME THAT MY VIN WAS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. HOW IS IT THAT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF VEHICLES IN THE SAME YEAR AND MODEL HAD THE SAME ISSUE BUT MINE WAS NOT ONE. *TR
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON AND FUEL REGISTERED EMPTY ON THE DASH. SINCE THAT TIME FUEL GAUGE HAS NOT REGISTERED CORRECTLY GOING FROM FULL TO EMPTY AT SPORADIC TIME BUT WILL NEVER REGISTER LESS THAN 1/2 A TANK CAUSING ISSUES AS YOU NEVER NOW HOW MUCH FUEL YOU HAVE UNTIL YOU RUN OUT WHICH IS A SAFETY HAZARD. TOOK TO NISSAN THEY SAID IT WAS A FUEL GAUGE ISSUE AND IT WOULD BE OVER 500 TO FIX AS THEY HAD TO DROP THE TANK TO GET AT THE FUEL SENSOR. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A RECALL DON'T KNOW WHY IT DIDN'T REGISTER AS OTHER PATHFINDERS HAVE THIS ISSUE . ALSO DON'T KNOW WHY A MILEAGE WARRANTY IS PUT ON THIS THEY SHOULD FIX THE ISSUE WITH THE FUEL TANK REGARDLESS AS IT SEEMS AS SOON AS THE VEHICLE HITS 70K IN MILEAGE THIS BREAKS ON THE VEHICLE. ALSO DON'T BELIEVE THEY INCLUDED ALL PATHFINDERS IN THIS WARRANTY AS I AM SURE THE DEALER WOULD HAVE REPLACED IT IF IT WAS A RECALL. *JB
I AM WRITING ABOUT MY RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH NISSAN REGARDING A RECALL ON MY 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER, WHICH I PURCHASED IN MAY OF 2008 AS A PRE-OWNED VEHICLE. THE RECALL WITH THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER OF 10V075000 INVOLVES A FLAW WITH THE FUEL SENDING UNIT. I NEVER RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM NISSAN REGARDING THIS RECALL, WHICH NISSAN STATES IS AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE FUEL GAUGE SOMETIME AGO.THREE WEEKS AGO I WAS DOING RESEARCH ONLINE TO TRY AND FIND A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.THAT IS WHEN I DISCOVERED THE RECALL. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED ORR NISSAN IN BOSSIER CITY 318-752-3000, SINCE THAT IS THE DEALER THAT I PURCHASED THE PATHFINDER FROM. I SPOKE TO MIKE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHO TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED, BECAUSE THE MILEAGE WAS OVER 72,000 MILES AND THAT IT WOULD COST ME AROUND $600 HAD I KNOWN ABOUT THE RECALL, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WITHIN THE MILEAGE SPECIFIED WHEN I CONTACTED THEM. I TOOK THE NEXT STEP AND CALLED NISSAN USA AT 1-800-647-7261 AND SPOKE TO [XXX] AT EXT#[XXX]. [XXX] TOLD ME THAT THE REASON I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED WAS DUE TO AN ERROR ON NISSAN'S PART, SINCE THEY NEVER ENTERED MY INFORMATION INTO THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM DESIGNATING ME AS THE NEW OWNER OF THE VEHICLE. SO, THE NOTICE WAS SENT OUT TO THE PRIOR OWNERS WHOM LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE. AT THAT POINT SHE OPENED A CASE FOR ME WITH THE CASE #[XXX]. I WAS CONTACTED BY [XXX] FROM 1-800-343-6913 EXT#[XXX], WHO TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO HONOR THE RECALL AND MAKE THE REPAIR, BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE MY PATHFINDER SERVICED AT NISSAN. HE THEN SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF. WELL, I HAVE TAKEN IT IN ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND REGULAR MAINTENANCE, THEY DID NOT SPOT IT ON EITHER OCCASION. BUT, EVEN IF I HAD NEVER TAKEN IT TO THEM FOR MAINTENANCE, I SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED FOR SERVICING MY OWN VEHICLE. THEY INSTALLED 25060-ZZ00A : GAUGE ASSY TANK INSTALLED 17342-EA" PACKING FUEL GAUGE TOTAL COST WITH LABOR 466.08 ON 1/6/2012 I WENT TO RICKS SERVICE CENTER BECAUSE MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AGAIN FOR A MONTH REPAIRS WERE PCM DIAGNOSTIC TEST & DATA VAPOR CANISTER VALVE REPLACED R&R CANISTER VENT CONTROL VALVE REPLACED TOTAL COST 215.17. *TR

CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO RECALL NOTICE CONCERNING FUEL SENDING UNIT *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED ON JANUARY 9, 2009, HE HAD TO HAVE THE FUEL SENDING UNIT REPLACED AT A COST OF $ 425.95. IN JULY 2010, THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FROM NISSAN STATING A RECALL HAD BEEN ISSUED REGARDING THE FUEL SENDING UNIT. ONLY JULY 15, 2010, THE FUEL SENDING UNIT WAS REPLACED. HOWEVER, THE UNIT NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. ON OCTOBER 28, 2010, THE CONSUMER TOOK HIS VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER AND THE UNIT WAS SUPPOSEDLY REPLACED. HOWEVER, HE CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS. AFTER SEVERAL VISITS TO THE DEALER, THEY INFORMED THE CONSUMER THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONSUMER STATED HE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A FUEL TANK AND FUEL SENDING UNIT SINCE BOTH WERE MANUFACTURED OUT OF SPECIFICATION. THE CONSUMER STATED HE NEVER KNEW IF HE HAD GAS IN THE VEHICLE. *JB
ON TUESDAY FEB 14, 2012 I TOOK MY CAR IN CAUSE IT HAD A RECALL FOR THE GAS GAUGE NOT READING GAS LEVEL. MY CAR WAS READING CHECK ENGINE SOON, CAR WAS WORKING PERFECT THEY PUT THE COMPUTER ON AND NOTHING CAME UP AS THE CAR HAVING ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. EVEN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAD TURNED OFF. ON FRIDAY FEB 17, 2012 WHILE DRIVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY MY CAR COMPLETELY TURNED OFF AND WOULD NOT START AT ALL I HAD SOMEONE HELP ME PUSH THE CAR TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, WHERE THEN I FINALLY GOT IT TO START AGAIN. CALLED NISSAN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN SEND A TOW TRUCK TO BRING IT INTO THE DEALER BUT IF HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE I HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOW. THE PERSON AT THE DEALER THAT I SPOKE TO SAID THAT ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION I WAS GIVING HIM OF THE PROBLEM IT MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE WORK BUT HE COULDN'T BE SURE. ON SAT FEB 18, 2012 I TOOK MY CAR INTO THE DEALER, NOW THEY TELL ME THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CRACKER SYSTEM OF THE CAR WAS BAD BECAUSE WHEN THEY CHANGED THE FUEL GAUGE THERE'S MORE ELECTRICITY IS GOING IN AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM I HAD TO PAY 300.46 FOR SOMETHING THAT I WAS NOT TOLD COULD HAPPEN IF I FIXED SOMETHING THAT WASN'T GIVEN ME ANY REAL PROBLEMS BEFORE. NOW THE CAR IS SAYING CHECK ENGINE SOON AGAIN AND THE TRUTH IS I'M AFRAID TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE DEALER. I'VE HAD THAT CAR FOR 6 YEARS NEVER, EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR I TAKE IT TO THE DEALER AND NOW DIFFERENT THINGS ARE COMING UP. *TR

THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT DENIED ANY ASSISTANCE WITH REPAIRS TO THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 26,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 115,000.

UPON LEAVING THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THEN HER FUEL GAUGE STARTED TO MALFUNCTION AND READ EMPTY WHEN SHE KNEW THAT THERE WAS A FULL TANK OF GAS IN THE VEHICLE. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER WHEN THE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THEY ADVISED HER THAT THE FUEL SENDER UNIT HAD FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED FOR THE FUEL SENDER LEVER. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED HER THAT HER VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY RECALLS AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE FUEL GAUGE BECAME INOPERABLE. THE FAILURE RECURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THERE WAS A RECALL UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 10V075000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE: STORAGE: AUXILLARY TANK) BUT THE CONTACT'S VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000.
THE GAS GAUGE ON MY 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER READ 1/4 OF TANK OF GAS REMAINING AND SUDDENLY ENGINE STOPPED RUNNING AND I HAD TO PULL OVER TO THE SHOULDER. AFTER MY HUSBAND EXHAUSTED ALL EFFORTS TRYING TO DETECT THE PROBLEM, HE PUT GAS IN IT TO SEE IF THAT WAS IT (BECAUSE GAUGE WAS READING 1/4 OF TANK REMAINING.) AFTER PUTTING GAS IN, CAR STARTED AND WE DROVE IT HOME. WENT TO GAS STATION TO FILL UP WITH GAS AND SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT CAME ON AND GAS GAUGE NO LONGER WORKS PROPERLY. I USUALLY GET 330 MILES TO TANK OF GAS AND NOW THE GAS LIGHT COMES ON AND STAYS ON AFTER GOING 200 MILES ON A TANK. NISSAN DEALERSHIP WANTS $500 TO REPAIR AND AS IT TURNS OUT, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND NOT KNOW IF YOUR VEHICLE IS GOING TO SHUT OFF BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE GAS IN IT (WHEN YOU DO HAVE GAS IN IT...JUST NOT ENOUGH FOR SOME SENSOR IN YOUR GAS TANK TO RECOGNIZE.) I HAVE HELD OFF ON PAYING FOR THIS REPAIR BECAUSE I WANT NISSAN TO RECALL THIS FUEL ISSUE AND REPAIR IT. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL NISSAN CUSTOMER (2 MAXIMAS BEFORE THIS PATHFINDER) BUT THIS IS STARTING TO CHANGE MY MIND. *TR
FUEL SYSTEM SENSOR/GAS GAUGE NOT WORKING PROPERLY ALL THE TIME (TANK CAN BE FULL OR EMPTY) YOU WOULD NOT KNOW HAD TO PURCHASE THE SENSOR FROM NISSAN AND NISSAN HAD TO REPAIR FOR $700.00. *TR
WITHIN A YEAR OF HAVING THE FUEL LEVEL SENDING UNIT REPLACED AS PART OF A RECALL, THE SAME SYMPTOM APPEARED AS DESCRIBED IN THE RECALL AND AS WAS HAPPENING BEFORE THE INITIAL RECALL WORK WAS DONE. THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM WAS A DEFORMATION OF THE FUEL TANK THAT WOULD CAUSE THE SENDING UNIT TO "HANG UP". WHEN I RETURNED TO THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AGAIN, THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS A BULGING FUEL TANK AND WANTED TO REPLACE THE FUEL TANK. I CONTACTED NISSAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS, THEY REVIEWED MY CLAIM AND DECIDED THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE REPAIRS. IN MY MIND THE ROOT CAUSE WAS NEVER TRULY ADDRESSED AND NOW I AM PAYING TO REPAIR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INITIALLY REPAIRED IN THE FIRST PLACE. *TR
