AFTER HAVING THE CAR FOR A FEW MONTHS IN JAN 2018 THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE DEALER SAID THE CAR NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. ON DEC 6TH, 2018 I PAID $3667.16 FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION. IT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY DUE TO THE MILES I DRIVE. NOW IN NOV OF 2019. WHEN AT TRAFFIC I STEP ON THE GAS AND THE CAR WILL NOT GO. ITS A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE I GET REAR-ENDED AT A LIGHT. ASF 11/29/19 THIS HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST 10 TIMES AND COUNTING. I SHUT THE CAR OFF THE RESTART AND THE CARGOES THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD AND IS GIVING ME A PROBLEM.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 NISSAN ROGUE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED TO 20 MPH. IN ADDITION, THE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND REMAINED LIT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE CONTACT CALLED CENTRAL TOYOTA AT 870-268-5418 (LOCATED AT 3305 STADIUM BLVD, JONESBORO, AR 72404) AND WAS INFORMED TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO THEIR FACILITY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 130,000.

I PURCHASED MY 2012 NISSAN ROGUE ON 6/13/17. IT HAD 63,000 MILES ON IT. ON 6/28/18 A YEAR INTO OWNERSHIP MY CVT TRANSMISSION WENT OUT WHILE ON THE INTERSTATE TAKING MY DAUGHTER TO HER STATE SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT. HAD IT TOWED TO MY MECHANIC AN HOUR AWAY TO BE TOLD THE TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPLACED. AFTER SPENDING $4900 ON A NEW TRANSMISSION FAST FORWARD A YEAR LATER STARTING IN JUNE OF 2019 MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I WERE AT A STOP SIGN TRYING TO CROSS A BUSY HIGHWAY AFTER CHECKING THE ROAD WAS CLEAR TO GO ACROSS MY VEHICLE SUDDENLY LOST POWER AND WOULDN'T ACCELERATE SO HERE WE SIT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY WITH CARS BARRELING TOWARD US AT 65 MPH NOT ABLE TO MOVE! MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS HOW AM I GONNA GET MYSELF OUT AND UN STRAP MY 4 YEAR OLD OUT OF HER CAR SEAT BEFORE THESE CARS KILL US!! THANKFUL AFTER PUTTING THE PEDAL THE FLOOR MY VEHICLE FINALLY CREPT ACROSS THE INTERSECTION TO SAFETY. THIS HAS HAPPENED 24 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS AND THE MECHANIC CAN'T REPLICATE THE PROBLEM NO WARNING LIGHTS AT ALL. HE SAID IT'S ANOTHER BAD CVT TRANSMISSION?! HOW CAN A YEAR OLD TRANSMISSION FAIL? AND HOW CAN TWO CVT TRANSMISSIONS FAIL IN THE SAME VEHICLE TWICE?! THE ANSWER IS IT CAN'T UNLESS IT'S DEFECTIVE I PAID $4900 FOR A TRANSMISSION THAT DID THE SAME THING A YEAR LATER AFTER I REPLACED IT! CVT; BOUGHT USED; HAD A TRANSMISSION WHICH HAD OVERHEATED IN EXCESS OF 50 TIMES PER THE DEALER. TRANSMISSION FLUID EXCHANGE PERFORMED AFTER VEHICLE PURCHASE AND BURNED UP WITHIN TWO WEEKS. CVT WAS DIAGNOSED AND WAS REPLACED AT A COST OF 5698 DOLLARS. NISSAN FAILED TO PLACE AN OIL COOLER ON THE 2012 NISSAN TRANSMISSIONS WHICH HAS LEAD TO THESE TRANSMISSIONS EXPERIENCING FAILURE DUE TO OVERHEATING. NISSAN REFUSES TO RECALL THE ROGUE FOR PLACEMENT OF AN OIL COOLER WHICH WOULD PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS SUCH AS THE ONE I HAVE HAD. THE CAR LOST POWER GOING WEST ON A MAJOR HIGHWAY AND WAS PLACED IN A POSITION WHERE AN ACCIDENT COULD HAVE HAPPENED DUE TO THE SPEED OF OTHER CARS. THE TRANSMISSION FLUID BURNT UP AND THE DIFFERENTIAL WAS DYSFUNCTIONAL AND MAKING NOISES WHILE IN MOTION.

I WAS HEARING A STRANGE NOISE WHEN I WOULD TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE EXCELERATOR I WOULD HEAR ANY LOUD FLUTTERING SOUND. BROUGHT IT INTO NISSAN SERVICE. I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CASE. AS A RESEARCHED I FOUND THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM IN MY VEHICLE THAT ENDED UP AS A DANGEROUS PROBLEM. ALTHOUGH MINE WAS CAUGHT BEFORE I HAD A SERIOUS ACCIDENT THEY COST FOR A REPAIR IS OVER $3500. IF THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WHY IS NISSAN STILL PUTTING THESE CARS ON THE ROAD WITH THIS PROBLEM?

MY CARS TRANSMISSION IS MAKING A WEIRD SOUND WHEN I TURN IT IN AND WHILE ME DRIVING IT. I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AT ABOUT 60 MPH WHEN SUDDENLY THE ACCELERATION DROPPED DOWN TO 20-25 MPH IN TRAFFIC WITH OTHER CARS SPEEDING TOWARD ME BUT WHEN I TRY AND ACCELERATE, THE RPM GO UP, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE, AS MY TRANSMISSION FAILED IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC, WITH NO WARNING PUTTING MYSELF, MY FAMILY AND OTHERS AT THE HIGHWAY IN GRAVE DANGER. I WENT TO MECHANICS THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE A CVT TRANSMISSION PROBLEM AND THAT NISSAN IS FULLY AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL THIS PROBLEM IS PUTTING PEOPLE'S LIVES AT RISK.

CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION)CVT FAILED FOR THE SECOND TIME SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE BRAND NEW. I WAS DRIVING ON AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY WHEN MY ENGINE SUDDENLY LOST POWER. THE ENGINE RPMS SHOT UP BUT MY CAR STARTED SLOWING DOWN. I TOOK THE CAR TO A NEARBY NISSAN DEALER TO BE INSPECTED. THE SERVICE PERSON THERE SAID THE CVT FLUID WAS OVERHEATING CAUSING THE TRANSMISSION TO BASICALLY START SLIPPING. HE COULDN'T TELL ME WHY THE CVT FLUID WAS OVERHEATING BUT HE SAID HE COULD INSTALL AN EXTERNAL TRANSMISSION COOLER (FOR $1300) THAT NISSAN MADE FOR THE VEHICLE THAT MAY ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM OR REPLACE THE CVT. I HAD THEM INSTALL THE COOLER AND THE PROBLEM WENT AWAY. OBVIOUSLY NISSAN KNOWS THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH THEIR CVTS AND THEY DESIGNED A SOLUTION THAT THEY ARE MAKING CUSTOMERS PAY FOR TO HAVE THEIR VEHICLES RETURNED TO A DRIVABLE CONDITION. THE SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER COULD BE A SAFETY PROBLEM IF IT HAPPENED DURING HIGHWAY RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. I WAS ON AN 8-LANE INTERSTATE IN TEXAS WHEN IT HAPPENED TO ME BUT LUCKILY IT WASN'T RUSH HOUR AND I WAS ABLE TO MOVE ALL THE WAY OVER TO THE RIGHT LANE AND TAKE AN EXIT OFF THE HIGHWAY.

NISSAN INSTALLED DEFECTIVE CVT TRANSMISSIONS IN SEVERAL VEHICLES BETWEEN 2010-2016. MY 2012 NISSAN ROGUE IS INCLUDED IN THAT. I AM NOW BEING TOLD THAT I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION, AND NISSAN IS REFUSING TO REPLACE. IT. MY VEHICLE STARTS FINE, BUT THE TRANSMISSION HAS FAILED. AFTER LOOKING ONLINE, I'VE FOUND NUMEROUS OTHER COMPLAINTS OF THE SAME ISSUE, AND I FEEL THERE NEEDS TO BE A FURTHER INVESTIGATION, AND RECALL ON THIS CVT TRANSMISSION. THE VEHICLE STARTS, BUT WHEN YOU TRY AND ACCELERATE, THE RPMS GO UP, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS, THEN IT WILL SCREECH AND LURCH FORWARD. I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP, WHO CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION. THE SALESPERSON AT THE DEALERSHIP ADVISED ME THAT NISSAN WAS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE OLDER CVT TRANSMISSIONS, AND HAVE FIXED IT IN THE NEW 2019 MODELS. I HAD TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED IN AUGUST. I ORIGINALLY HAD TROUBLES IN MAY (CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE AND I HAD MY FOOT PEDAL ON THE FLOOR TRYING TO ACCELERATE ON THE INTERSTATE (40 MPH BEING PASSED BY SEMIS WITHOUT ANYWHERE SAFE TO PULLOVER) AND BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP WHO TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG. IN AUGUST I HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS OF NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCELERATE ON THE INTERSTATE AND THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME MY TRANSMISSION WAS TOAST AND I NEEDED ANOTHER ONE. THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I DID NOT INSTALL THE COOLING KIT, IT WOULD HAPPEN AGAIN. I BROUGHT MY CAR TO AAMCO FOR A SECOND OPINION. HE AGREED THAT I NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION AND A COOLING KIT ADDED AS THIS IS COMMON WITH THE NISSAN CVT TRANSMISSION. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT NEVER CAME ON AND THIS CAR WAS NOT SAFE ON THE ROAD. NISSAN CLEARLY KNOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR TRANSMISSIONS IN THIS MODEL AND ADMIT TO NEEDING AN ADD-ON COOLING KIT TO ADDRESS. IT WAS NEGLIGENT OF THE DEALERSHIP TO LET ME DRIVE OFF OF THE LOT IN MAY. IT IS NOW DECEMBER AND I AM HAVING TROUBLES WITH MY CAR AGAIN. WHEN I FIRST TURN MY CAR ON, IT MAKES A WHINING NOISE WITH PRESSING THE ACCELERATOR. MY MECHANIC BELIEVES THIS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND I WILL BE BRINGING MY CAR TO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP TO SEE. I ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMING ON IN AUGUST AND MY CAR MAKING NOISES WITH CHANGING GEARS. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS DUE TO THE MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR. BUT, I AM STILL HAVING TROUBLES AND NOW I AM TOLD IT IS THE TRANSMISSION AGAIN. I AM NOT CONVINCED THAT ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS ARE NOT ALL RELATED TO THE TRANSMISSION. NISSAN KNOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND ARE ALLOWING PEOPLE TO DRIVE WITH AN UNSAFE VEHICLE.

VEHICLE HAD CVT TRANSMISSION FAILURE AT 90,000 MILES. CAR SPEED UNCONTROLLABLE BETWEEN SLOW OR TOO FAST ON THE HIGHWAY. NISSAN DEALER INDICATED TRANSMISSION WAS FAILING, BUT WOULD NOT REPLACE IT. I FILED WITH NISSAN CONSUMER SERVICES TO CHECK VEHICLE SINCE CVT TRANSMISSION FAILURES ARE BEING REPAIRED BY OTHER CAR MANUFACTURERS. NISSAN HAS REFUSED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE AND MECHANIC AGREED THIS IS A FAILURE ON THE COMPANY'S SIDE. I HAD TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION AT A COST OF $6,000 AND THERE ARE STILL ISSUES WITH THE BOOT AND FRONT CASE TRANSFERS THAT ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I'M REQUESTING FOR NISSAN TO ISSUE A RECALL AGAINST FAULTY CVT TRANSMISSIONS AND REPLACE THESE SINCE THESE ARE DANGEROUS ON THE HIGHWAY.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT OWNER. 2012 NISSAN ROGUE S AWD, WITH A CVT. 2015 OCT, I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE USE WITH 96K MILES, STILL WITHIN THE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY (DIFFERENT OWNER). 2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE DURING AN ATTEMPT TO VACATION, WE ARRIVE IN ST. GEORGE WITH A SMOKING ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND LOSS OF FLUIDS, LOSS OF SPEED ON FREEWAY. THE TRANSMISSION BLEW DUE TO IT OVERHEATING. IT OVER HEATING DUE TO THE POORLY MANUFACTURED COOLING PORTION OF THE CVT. WHICH RESULTING IN THE TRANSMISSION BEING OVERHEATED AND "BLOWN". THE NISSAN DEALER IN ST. GEORGE CHARGED MY PURCHASED EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THE REPLACEMENT. JUNE 6TH, 2017. (1.5 YEARS LATER, 7 MONTHS OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY AND 124,500 MILES) TRAVELING TO GRAND JUNCTION. VEHICLE STARTED MIMICKING SIMILAR ISSUES AS PRIOR, AGAIN WITH THE LOSS OF SPEED. HAD TO REPLACE THE COOLING PORTION OF THE UNIT. THEY UPGRADED IT TO THE "BETTER" VERSION (THE EXTERNAL COOLER) THAT WOULD PREVENT THE TRANSMISSION FROM OVER HEATING. JULY 7TH, 2018. 1 MONTH OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY FOR THE EXTERNAL COOLER AND 136,907 MILES. TRAVELING TO TWIN FALLS. SAME ISSUES START OCCURRING, AGAIN LOSS OF SPEED ON FREEWAY. TOOK TO THE DEALERSHIP ON 7/9 WHERE I WAS ADVISED THAT MY TRANSMISSION HAD WENT INTO FAIL SAFE MODE 111 TIMES. LEADING TO NEED TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION ONCE AGAIN DUE TO THE EXTERNAL COOLER NOT DOING ITS JOB ONCE AGAIN. LOSS OF SPEED ON A FREEWAY IS A SAFETY HAZARD. NISSAN HAS RECALLED OTHER MODELS CVT PROBLEMS, BUT NOT THE ROGUE. PLEASE HELP US OBTAIN THAT RECALL ON ALL ROGUE MODELS REGARDLESS OF MILES. I HAVE CONTACT NISSAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS, I OPENED A CASE WHICH WENT TO REVIEW. SUBSEQUENTLY BEING DENIED FOR "GOODWILL ASSISTANCE" ON 7/10 AT 5:20 PM FOR ASSISTANCE ON ANOTHER $5,000 REPAIR DUE TO DEFECTIVE MANUFACTURING DUE TO THE VEHICLE BEING OUTSIDE OF THE 60,000 MILE MANUFACTURE WARRANTY.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 NISSAN ROGUE. WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE PAST 25 MPH. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE AND THE TRANSMISSION SEIZED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. SERRA NISSAN IN BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 113,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

TRANSMISSION FAILED AFTER ONLY 88000 MILES ON A CITY STREET

I OWN A 2012 NISSAN ROGUE. I PURCHASED IT USED IN 2015 WITH APPROXIMATELY 60,000 MILES ON IT. IN ABOUT APRIL OF 2018 I STARTED EXPERIENCING THE CAR NOT ACCELERATING AFTER DRIVING ON THE EXPRESSWAY. I WOULD BE DRIVING 65-75 MPH AND SUDDENLY THE CAR WOULD SLOW DOWN AND NOT ACCELERATE. THIS IS IN HEAVY TRAFFIC MIND YOU. I WOULD PULL OVER AND SIT FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES. AFTER THAT TIME I WOULD RESTART THE CAR AND THE CAR WOULD DRIVE AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. I WOULD EXPERIENCE THIS EACH TIME I WOULD GET ON THE EXPRESSWAY AFTER DRIVING FOR ABOUT 50-60 MINUTES. I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC AND HE TOLD ME THE TRANSMISSION WAS FAILING. I COULD NOT GET ANOTHER CAR DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF PAYING FOR THIS CAR AND OWE TOO MUCH TO TRADE IT. IN JULY 2018 I DID NOT HAVE TO TRAVEL THE EXPRESSWAY AS MUCH. I THOUGHT THAT I COULD CONTINUE TO DRIVE THE CAR THINKING IF I DIDN'T TRAVEL THAT FAR I MAY BE OK UNTIL I GET THE CAR PAID DOWN SOME MORE. TO MY SURPRISE THAT JUST DID NOT HAPPEN. IN AUGUST 2018 I STARTED HEARING A KNOCKING SOUND AND TOOK IT BACK TO THE MECHANIC TO FIND OUT THAT THE DRIVE SHAFT WAS BAD. SOME OF HIS CUSTOMERS BROUGHT THEIR NISSAN ROGUE'S TO HIM WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO FIX AND A USED PART MAY NOT BE THE ANSWER DUE TO THE FACT THAT ALL OF THE ROGUE'S ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. WELL, AT THIS POINT I AM WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION. THE KNOCKING TURNED INTO A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR, AS IF EVERYTHING UNDERNEATH WAS ON THE VERGE OF FALLING OFF. I CANNOT DRIVE THE CAR AND HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TO MY HOME BECAUSE THE MECHANIC CANNOT FIND A SUITABLE USED PART TO REPLACE THE PROBLEM AND I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED WITH A NEW PART. SO I ALSO AM PAYING FOR A CAR THAT I CANNOT DRIVE. NISSAN REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM, AS IT IS A DEFECT FROM THE MANUFACTURER.

THE VEHICLE AT 76K MILES STARTED TO EXPERIENCE SLIPPING WHILE DRIVING AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. THE CAR ADDITIONALLY STRUGGLED TO OBTAIN SPEED WHEN STARTING FROM IDLE, STOPPED AT RED LIGHTS, STOP SIGNS, ETC. AND WOULD JOLT FORWARDED. THE CAR SENT BACK A P0700 CODE FOR TRANSMISSION ISSUES WITH ADDITIONAL CODES FOR SHIFTING ERRORS. AFTER TAKING IT TO TWO MECHANICS AND BEING 2 YEARS OUTSIDE OF THE MODELS WITH EXTENDED 10 YEAR WARRANTIES AND 1 YEAR OUTSIDE OF THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY I HAVE TO PAY 4500.00 FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION OUT OF POCKET. THE CVT PROBLEMS AFTER 2010 MODELS ARE CLEARLY NOT FIX AND THE VEHICLE IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE WITH MYSELF OR MY FAMILY. THE FACT THERE IS NOT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON NEWER MODELS OR A RECALL ON THE TRANSMISSIONS IN UNACCEPTABLE. THIS VERY EASILY COULD HAVE ENDED IN AN ACCIDENT OR INJURY.

THIS CAR IS NOTORIOUS FOR CVT TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. NISSAN HAS ALREADY EXTENDED WARRANTIES FOR ROGUES PRIOR TO 2010, BUT OF COURSE MINE IS A NEWER 2012 MODEL. ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE, THE CAR HAS BASICALLY SHUT OFF. ONCE, AFTER GETTING OFF THE RAMP FROM 288 TO HULL STREET, I ATTEMPTED TO ACCELERATE UP A SLIGHT HILL AND THE CAR JUST WOULD NOT GO TO THE POINT WHERE I HAD MY FOOT FLOORED AND NOTHING. I LET OFF, WAS ABLE TO PULL TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WHERE IT SHOOK THEN SHUT OFF. I HAD THE CAR TOWED TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP WHERE THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO FIND ANYTHING WRONG. JUST TODAY, I WAS DRIVING 65 DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND ATTEMPTED TO ACCELERATE JUST TO GET INFRONT OF ANOTHER CAR TO PREPARE FOR THE UPCOMING EXIT AND MID PUSHING DOWN ON THE GAS PEDAL... IT JUST STOPS GOING. I WAS LUCKILY ABLE TO GET INTO THE RIGHT LANE AGAIN AND PULL OVER TO THE CAR SHAKES THEN SHUTS OFF. I LET IT SIT FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES, AND WAS ABLE TO START IT BACK UP AND GO WITHOUT SEEMINGLY WITHOUT A PROBLEM AGAIN. THIS IS MY FAMILY VEHICLE. I AM AFRAID THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME ONE DAY IN MAJOR TRAFFIC AND CAUSE AN INCIDENT POSSIBLY HURTING ME, MY FAMILY OR OTHERS. I HAVE READ MANY FORUMS WITH HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE. SOMETHING REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT FROM NISSAN. THESE CARS ARE NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, BUT I AM BASICALLY STUCK IN A CAR LOAN I CAN'T GET OUT OF. I HAVE NO CHOICE.
