Infiniti Hyman Bros failed to complete my infiniti qx60 2017 in a timely manner. Appointment made for 2 months. Waited 2 hrs in house for repair to be made and was told the parts are not available.

ABS LIGHT GOES ON ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK AND STAYS ON UNTIL CAR IS TURNED OFF. MY CAR ISN'T LISTED UNDER RECALL WITH MY VIN NUMBER. IT IS WITHIN THE MAKE, MODEL, AND YEAR SAME AD THE OTHER CARS THAT ARE RECALLED FOR ABS LIGHT.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 INFINITI QX60. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE ABS WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND REMAINED ILLUMINATED FOR APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER AND ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WHICH WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO (NATIONWIDE INFINITI OF TIMONIUM 22 W TIMONIUM RD, LUTHERVILLE-TIMONIUM, MD 21093) WHERE THE CONTACT RECEIVED A LOANER. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V807000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44,000. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.

THE FOLLOWING RECALL WAS ISSUED: 'A BRAKE FLUID LEAK ON THE CIRCUIT BOARD MAY RESULT IN AN ELECTRICAL SHORT, INCREASING THE RISK OF A FIRE. NISSAN NORTH AMERICA, INC. (NISSAN) IS RECALLING CERTAIN 2015-2017 NISSAN MURANO, 2016-2017 NISSAN MAXIMA, 2017-2018 NISSAN PATHFINDER, AND 2017 INFINITI QX60 VEHICLES' I TOOK MY CAR IN TO THE DEALER FOR THE RECALL, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED HOWEVER 1 MONTH LATER THE CAR LOST ALL ITS BRAKE FLUID, WE HAD TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP. UPON INSPECTION IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE RECALL WAS CORRECTED WITH A DEFECTIVE PART. THE RECALL PROBLEM WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY FIXED WAS CORRECTED WITH A DEFECTIVE PART WHICH CAUSED AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DRIVING SITUATION. OUR TEENAGE DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING AT THE TIME WHEN ALL THE WARNING LIGHTS WENT ONE. OBVIOUSLY THIS RECALL WAS NOT CORRECTED AND IF INFINITI BELIEVES IT WAS, THEY ARE WRONG. HOW CAN A DEFECTIVE PART BE USED FOR A RECALL?
