My instrument panel has started flickering off and on and then goes blank. sometimes it will come back on but other times it stays blank. I know there's a recall on some of these but mine isn't one of them.
My Instrument Panel Cluster went out about a week ago. I turned my jeep on in the morning and it was flickering and very hard to read. I found a recall for the same year, make and model as my Jeep Gladiator but my VIN is not included. This is a serious safety issue as most of the time I cannot see my speedometer or my other gauges. I cannot believe there is no recall. Our local dealership is quoting over a thousand dollars to repair when it is obviously an issue with the manufacturer.
The 7" Instrument Panel cluster's digital display has gone completely blank. I see that the 3.5" version has been recalled on some years but not the 7". At least with the 3.5" model there is an analog gas gauge and temperature gauge, with the 7" all this is digital. Currently the only way for me to know how much gas I have is to rely on the Siriusxm Guardian feature which links to an iOS app that occasionally updates status. Anecdotal evidence points to a number of individuals, especially in the 2020 jeep Gladiator, that have this issue.
Driver information cluster went blank. There are other complaints for this same item but recall does not cover my VIN.
Cluster needs to be replaced mileage@ 116,630. Many other consumers have the same issue. However, no recalls have been issued.

Unable to access vital vehicle information- speedometer, tachometer, fuel, mileage, etc. Other jeeps of similar year have been recalled Component is confirmed failed by dealership where the vehicle has been for the last month. The instrument panel cluster of my 2020 Jeep Gladiator is blank, no display. Therefore, my odometer, fuel gage and several other notifications are not visible and makes it hazardous to drive my car. My eyes keep looking to a blank blacked out panel. The recall #30B for the instrument cluster panel does not include my vin #. My Jeep service center said that it is the piece I need and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I do not have the funds for the unit. Please ask them to include my Gladiator in the recall. Thank you.

On or round 11/03/2024 the instrument panel display experienced internal short circuit and all of the cluster gauges stopped displaying information and became blank. As such, the vehicle fail to comply the requirement of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 101, "Controls and Displays." Have been setting at the Jeep dealership since 8:30 am, 11/07/2024. Thet say I can not drive the Jeep, and will not replace the cluster gauge until I pay $949.00 to order gauge. A vehicle protection plan I have will replace gauge with a rebuilt one...Have heard no information, when or if this will occur.
